Private Tour with English Speaking Licensed Guide – Begins at 9AM at hotel, terminates at Burj Khalifa
Base /Dubai Mall or hotel at 3PM.
Dubai is a city that must be seen to be believed. Record-breaking architecture stands alongside
traditional quarters, while man-made islands jut out of the coastline. We shall begin our private tour in
Dubai by discovering the city in its truest form, from the early traditions of Arabic culture to the influx of
merchants and traders who came to the city from everywhere and who shaped the traditional old town
at first and the modern metropolis thereafter. Our private tour guided by a knowledgeable expert, will
focus on the region’s special experiences, such as visiting an old Arabian teahouse, for example, in the
lesser known areas of traditional Dubai with its souks, its art district and the Al Fahidi historical district.
The scent of exotic spices and the visual of a myriad of colours make a visit to Deira’s spice market an
experience to remember and a photographer’s delight. Reaching Deira by abra, a traditional Arabic
water craft, used to transport persons and merchandise from one side to the other of the Dubai creek,
gives a different perspective of this mystical place. From the creek you see both sides of the markets,
with towering minarets and more. The sounds capture you.
The glitter of innumerable jewellery shops and the hustle and bustle of the gold Souk is also a
characteristic of traditional Dubai, most appreciated by the innumerable purchasers and sellers of fine
gold coming from the sub-continent. Also a visit to the fish market where Persian fishermen sell their
daily catch is an experience in itself.

Among Dubai’s modern cityscape is a rich history. The city’s fast rise as a truly cosmopolitan capital
home to over 200 nationalities, is immediately recognizable by its landmarks, such as Palm Jumeirah
Island, the Burj Al Arab hotel, the Jumeirah Mosque, the Walk in the Marina district; not only, Dubai is
home to many ideas and concepts, clustered in different areas of this metropolis, such as Internet city,
Al Quoz art district, Festival city, Miracle Gardens, Ski Dubai to name a few.
Due to the extensive sprawl of the City, distances between these venues are considerable. One must
also consider traffic flows. A decision as to the sequence of venues en-route will be made during the
tour. Venues will be seen from the exterior, from a logistic point where we will stop. Time does not
permit the visit of each.
With the recent excavation of an extension of the Dubai creek the Downtown area, most memorable for
the presence of the Burj Khalifa has now become a canal front area. Water is very much at the center of
life here with beautiful fountains, cascades under the shadow of skyscrapers and iconic buildings like the
Dubai Opera. This district has changed immensely and it’s worth to end our tour here today to give you
the opportunity to reach for the skies, enjoy the dance of water and light at the Dubai Fountain Show or
dwell in designer brands and all things glam at the Dubai Mall.
Optional Visit: Burj Khalifa at the Top – Cost extra – suggested time (sunset)

between the two can vary between one and a half hours to two hours. Our destination is the grand
Mosque of Abu Dhabi, a must place to visit which deserves appreciation for the intricate detail used in

Dubai. One best enjoys the grandeur of the Capital of the UAE by driving along he famed corniche, Yas
Island, all excellent places to get inspired by the look and feel of Abu Dhabi. The opulent Presidential
Palace and the Emirates Palace are two buildings which attest to the royal character of the city and its
flamboyance. Be enlightened about the region’s spiritual character. Our private orientation tour will
end at the hotel. We can then wrap it up with a trip out to Abu Dhabi’s pristine desert, by taking part in
a desert safari 4X4 adventure, bashing through the dunes to arrive at a magical spot where you will
witness the colour changes of light in a spectacular desert sunset. The adventure will encompass

learning about falconry and the importance of it in Emirati culture, a nomadic camel ride for those who
dare to venture and a traditional barbecue dinner at a Bedouin camp, where sheesha tasting, belly
